This is Teen Skipper from the Pearl Beach line straight out of 1997. Her hair is so long, soft and beautiful. She's got her original earrings and ring. She's redressed in Tie Dye Barbie's outfit from 1998. She may be Barbie's little sister, but she has one of the most loved faces among the Barbie fandom.
