This is a teen Skipper (Barbie's younger sister)from 1996 redressed in an original Barbie Splash N Color fashion pack, including adorable blue jelly shoes. I had to convince myself to not keep this barbie, as I usually have to, but this one is just so pretty. Her hair is crazy smooth and soft. Get lost in thought brushing her hair and dreaming of simpler times.
